🐠Mandarin dragonet

The most beautiful fish in the ocean. Feeds almost exclusively on live copepods and requires a massive established refugium with a thriving pod population. Not for beginners under any circumstances.

Live copepods exclusively for most specimens. Some can be trained onto frozen copepods or mysis over very long periods of patient target feeding.

Rise spawners. Males compete for females at dusk. Rarely breeds in captivity but has been accomplished by dedicated experts.

Small peaceful reef fish only

Any fish that competes for pods
